Chapter: Plans, billing and the console

Getting started

Plans, billing and the console

Choose and buy modules, manage auto-renew, keep your company details up to date and understand what happens when a subscription ends.

Updated

Everything about your subscription is managed in the console at erpnexl.com, not inside the ERP. Sign in at erpnexl.com/login with the account you signed up with.

Modules

ERP Nexl is sold as four modules. Buy only the ones you need; the price is the sum of the modules you choose. Every module includes Users, Roles, Permissions, the Gallery and Settings, and there is no limit on the number of users.

ModuleWhat it covers
Sale & PurchaseSales and purchase invoices and returns, point of sale (POS), customers and suppliers, items and stock, stock adjustments, tax rates, banks and bank transfers, receipts and payments, and the sale, purchase, payable, receivable and stock reports.
Accounting & FinanceChart of accounts, journal entries, debit and credit notes, account mapping, cost centres, exchange rates, bank reconciliation, period lock and year-end close, and the accounting reports.
HR & PayrollEmployees, departments, holiday lists, attendance, leave, payroll runs and payslips, expense claims, employee advances, and employee self service.
ProductionRecipes, production orders with batches and expiry dates, customer jobs, batch labels and job cards, average costing, and the production reports. Items and stock come with it, so it also works on its own.

Buy or renew modules

  1. Open Pricing and pick a billing period: Monthly, 3 Months, 6 Months or Yearly.
  2. Under Build your plan, switch on the modules you want (at least one), then click Continue.
  3. Check the Review your plan window. You can change the currency the price is shown in. Click Get started; if you aren't signed in, you'll be asked to sign in first.
  4. On Complete your subscription, check the plan, billing period and Total due today, then click Pay.
  5. Complete the payment in the secure Paddle window that opens.
  6. When you see Payment successful, click Go to console. Your modules are active straight away. If you see Payment received, activation is still being confirmed and finishes shortly.

Auto-renew

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Modules bought together renew, and cancel, together. Manage this under Subscription → Auto-renew:

  • The badge shows Auto-renews, Cancels on [date] or Auto-renew off, with the Next billing date.
  • Update payment method changes how renewals are paid.
  • Cancel auto-renew stops future renewals. Confirm with Confirm — stop renewing.
  • Resume auto-renew turns renewals back on before the period ends.

When a subscription ends

  • From 30 days before a module expires, the ERP shows a reminder: "Your subscription will expire on [date]. Please renew it soon."
  • If one module expires, its menus disappear from the ERP. Opening one of its pages shows This feature is not part of your plan.
  • If every module has expired, the ERP shows Subscription Required with a Buy Subscription button that opens the pricing page.
  • Your data is kept. Renew the module and its menus come back as you left them.

Your company details

The company name, address, contact, logo, NTN and STRN printed on your invoices, receipts and reports come from Company & Admin in the console. They can't be edited inside the ERP.

  1. Open Company & Admin and click Edit on the company section.
  2. Change what you need. NTN and STRN accept letters, digits, spaces, hyphens and slashes, up to 30 characters; leave them blank if you aren't registered.
  3. Save. The ERP picks up the change within an hour, or straight away after you sign out of the ERP and back in.

Use Edit on the admin section to update the admin's name, email or contact. Each company has one admin created here; add everyone else as users inside the ERP.

Your console profile and password

  • Dashboard → Edit profile changes your name, date of birth and contact number. Your email can't be changed.
  • Dashboard → Change password asks for your current password and a new one (at least 6 characters).
  • Forgotten it? On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?, enter your email and a new password, then the 6-digit code we email you.
  • Your recent payments are listed on the Dashboard, and the full list is under Subscription → Payment history.
