A browser-based alternative to TallyPrime

TallyPrime runs on the computers in your office, and that has real strengths: it keeps working without an internet connection, and with a Gold licence everyone on the office network can work in the same company. Working from anywhere else goes through connected services — remote access over Tally.NET with an active TSS subscription, reports in a browser, or TallyPrime Cloud Access, a cloud-hosted virtual computer you subscribe to through a Tally Partner.

ERP Nexl is built for the browser from the start. There is nothing to install or keep updated: your cashier, storekeeper and accountant sign in from wherever they are and see the same live data. A sale at the POS or on an invoice reduces stock, updates the customer's balance and — with the Accounting module — posts to a double-entry ledger with bank reconciliation, cost centres and financial statements. HR & payroll and production sit in the same system, and the interface works in English, Arabic and Urdu.

The trade-off is honest: TallyPrime does more for statutory compliance — GST e-invoices, e-way bills and return filing in India, VAT and Saudi e-invoicing in the Gulf — and it handles foreign currencies and multiple godowns. ERP Nexl doesn't offer e-invoicing, foreign currencies or multiple stock locations, and it needs an internet connection. If those matter to you, TallyPrime is the better fit; if you want one connected cloud system your whole team can reach from anywhere, ERP Nexl is simpler.
