Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ERP Nexl collects when you use erpnexl.com, the client console and the ERP workspace, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately plain: we collect what the product needs to work, and we do not sell your data.

1. Information we collect

We collect three kinds of information:

  • Account information — name, email address, password (stored hashed), company name, and subscription details, provided when you sign up and buy modules.
  • Business data you enter into the product — invoices, customers and suppliers, inventory, accounting entries, employee and payroll records, and files you upload. This data belongs to you; we process it only to run the Service for you.
  • Usage and technical data — log records (such as IP address and requests), and cookies needed to keep you signed in. The marketing site may use Google Analytics and Google reCAPTCHA; those services set their own cookies subject to Google's policies.

2. Payments

Card details never touch our servers. Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe, and Paddle.com acting as Merchant of Record). We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and a reference — not your card number. The provider's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.

3. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • provide, secure and improve the Service, and remember your session;
  • bill subscriptions and send receipts and renewal notices;
  • respond to support requests;
  • meet legal obligations (for example tax and accounting records of our own sales).

4. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run ERP Nexl — hosting infrastructure, payment providers (Stripe, Paddle), email delivery, and Google services named above — each processing it for us, not for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention and backups

Your workspace data is retained while your account exists, including through subscription lapses, so renewing restores access. Encrypted nightly backups are kept on a rolling window. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep by law.

6. Security

Access to workspaces is isolated per tenant and protected by authenticated, scoped sessions. Passwords are stored hashed. Access to production systems is restricted. No internet service can promise perfect security, but we treat your business records with the care we'd want for our own.

7. Your rights

You can access and correct your account information from the console. You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account through the contact page. Where local data-protection law grants you additional rights, we honour them.
